he balance between comfort and sound quality is crucial yet often overlooked when it comes to in-ear headphone wear. During the early stages of NHB15 development, our designers collected data from extensive ear model databases, based on that, they made over 10 samples and created more than 50 models. Before the final design was confirmed, they had done lots of wear-comfort experiment with over 100 individuals covering different genders, ages, nationalities, and usage habits. This meticulous process took them 2 years to achieve the ultimate design.
